Zones & fees

Flat shipping fees per zone, shown before payment:

Free delivery from €200 of purchases in Belgium, and from €400 for the other delivery countries (Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Germany).

Delivery times

Our furniture is made to order in our workshop in Andenne. The estimated lead time depends on the product and the season; it is confirmed when you order. Some models are shipped as a kit, easy to assemble.

Tracking & receipt

You are notified when your order ships. On arrival, check the condition of the parcel; if you notice any visible damage, report it promptly (see Returns).
