Data collected & purposes

• Order (name, address, email, phone): process and deliver your order, keep you informed, issue the invoice.
• Contact / quote forms (contact details, message, any photos/plans): respond to your request and prepare a quote.
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Audience: anonymised, cookie-free measurement of website traffic.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (order), pre-contractual measures (quote), legitimate interest (security and improvement of the website) and legal obligations (accounting).

Recipients

Your data is intended for SEMEM Art & Design SRL and its strictly necessary processors: payment provider (Stripe), carrier, host (OVHcloud), management tool (Odoo). It is never sold to third parties.

Retention period

Order data is kept for the duration of legal obligations (in particular accounting ones). Requests via the form are kept for as long as necessary to process them and then for the commercial relationship.
