Returns & withdrawal

Standard products — 14 days

If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to inform us of your wish to withdraw, without having to give a reason for your decision. You then have 14 days to return the product.

• The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging, in good condition.
• The return costs are borne by the customer (furniture is bulky: please use suitable packaging).
• The refund (product + standard outbound delivery cost) is made within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method.

⚠️ Made-to-measure / personalised products — no withdrawal

In accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised: made-to-measure furniture, specific dimensions, engraving of a first name or personalised finish. These orders are firm and final as soon as they are confirmed. This in no way reduces the legal guarantee in the event of a defect.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Check your parcel on receipt. In the event of transport damage or a defect, contact us within 72 h with photos at info@elysta.be: we will find a solution (repair, replacement part or replacement). See also the Guarantee.
