2-year legal guarantee

All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Belgian law for consumers. If a defect in conformity appears, we first proceed with repair or replacement.

Built to last & to be repaired

Our furniture is designed to be repairable: replaceable parts, finishes reworked in the workshop. Beyond the legal guarantee, we remain available to extend the life of your furniture (workshop after-sales).

What is not covered

Normal wear, damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, a modification or incorrect assembly. Wood is a living material: slight variations in shade or superficial micro-cracks do not constitute a defect.
